Using our state-of-the-art 360-degree camera, we'll photograph the area of your home you plan to renovate and using our Industry Leading Software, provide you with a detailed breakdown of materials and projected labor costs broken down by trade.
     Includes 360-degree photos, a materials list, and projected labor costs, giving you all the information you need to confidently plan your renovation project. With these assets, you'll be able to piece together your project while assuring that you're not overpaying for any aspect of the renovation.

This package is perfect for homeowners who want to get a taste of what it's like to be a contractor without taking on major risks. By leveraging the data provided with each trade, you can negotiate fair market value pricing from each trade. Remember, the art of negotiating is key, and with the information we provide, you'll be well on your way to securing the best pricing possible.

The pricing provided is valid for 30 days after it's provided. If you need to make any changes or updates, simply reach out to us, and we'll update the pricing within 24 hours free of charge. And if you decide to upgrade to any of our other services, the cost of the materials list breakdown package will be deducted from the upgraded service of your choice.

Project Coordination Package

       This Package includes everything in the "Be your Own Contractor Package" with the addition of Access to our Subcontractors and Scheduling processes. We'll gather 2-3 quotes from each trade needed to complete your project and negotiate the best possible prices along the way, presenting you with every quote received. With our expertise, we can help you secure the best prices possible, saving you time and money. We'll also put together a scheduling template for you to follow, ensuring that your project stays on track. At every step of the way, we'll provide workmanship inspections following the completion of each trade to ensure our quality standards are met. With our commitment to quality and excellence, you can rest assured that your project is in good hands.

Project Coordination Package:    Fee 10% margin less the $500 setup fee

Please Note:  While we will gather all of the necessary permitting information needed for your project, this package does not include the permitting or inspection process required by the town. This means that you will need to secure the necessary permits and arrange for inspections on your own.

      The permitting process and scheduling can be overwhelming, and that's why we offer our services as a Traditional General Contractor with a unique approach. We'll take care of everything from the initial permitting process to the final walkthrough, so you don't have to deal with the headache. We believe in transparency, which is why every cost will be presented to you in a clear and concise manner. You won't have to worry about hidden line items in a generic grouping format, or wonder what the painting subcontractor charged the GC
